Color temperature: Choose lighting fixtures with a color temperature in the range of 4000-5000K, which can ensure soft light without being too dazzling
Color rendering index: A color rendering index (Ra) of 80 or above is sufficient, without the need to pursue full spectrum simulated sunlight
Anti flicker: Test whether the light fixture is flickering. You can use a mobile phone camera to focus on the light fixture and observe whether there are flickering black lines
